The general conditions of sale detailed below govern the contractual relations between any user of the site manufacture-royale-des-perles-du-pacifique.com.
manufacture-royale-des-perles-du-pacifique.com reserves the right to adapt or modify at any time the present general conditions of sale. In case of modification, it will be applied to each order the general conditions of sale in force on the day of the order.
The user having validated a command will then be called "buyer". The rights and obligations of the user necessarily applies to the buyer.
It is specified that the products are intended for personal use of the user, without any direct relationship with the professional activity of the user.
The user who would like to buy on the site, declares to have full legal capacity.
Any order of a product proposed on the site assumes the consultation and the express acceptance of these general conditions of sale, without however that acceptance is conditioned by a handwritten signature on the part of the user.
In accordance with the legal provisions, it is recalled that the validation of the order form as specified in Article 4 below, constitutes an electronic signature which has, between the parties, the same value as a handwritten signature and is proof of the entire order and the payment of the sums. 2. The prices fixed by Royal Manufacture of Pacific Beads :
Prices are indicated in euros. They take into account any reductions as well as the T.V.A., applicable on the day of the order.

3. The retention of title:

5.1. Deliveries:
